Welcome to Howdy Host Co.! I’m Yolanda, and I’m thrilled to share a little about myself and my journey.

Over 20 years ago, my family and I made the move to Texas, and I’ve never looked back. Like the saying goes, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could!” This deep love for Texas inspired the name of my business, Howdy Host Co., a brand that embodies the warmth, hospitality, and welcoming spirit that make this state so special.

One of the things that sets Howdy Host Co. apart is my commitment to being the opposite of your typical big-name, nationwide property management company. I believe in creating a service that feels like home—for both property owners and their guests. From personalized touches to thoughtful interactions, I strive to make every experience unique, warm, and full of heart. My goal is to build a sense of family and trust, ensuring that owners and guests alike feel valued and cared for.

When I’m not managing properties, I’m living my best cowboy life... or so I like to think! :)  Whether I’m riding my horses, competing in rodeos (barrel racing is my favorite), or enjoying a quiet moment on the trails, the outdoors is where I feel most at home. I’m also passionate about strength training, exploring new places, and cooking up family recipes in the kitchen with those I love.

Professionally, I bring over a decade of experience in real estate investing, property management, and investor relations. Before founding Howdy Host Co., I worked with real estate investors to build portfolios that achieved financial freedom—all while keeping property management stress-free and efficient.
